B4 School CheckThe B4 School Check is a free wellness check for four-year-olds. It aims to identify and address any health, behavioural, social, or developmental concerns which could affect a child's ability to get the most benefit from school, such as a hearing problems or communication difficulty. To find out more phone 0800 104 105 Care PlusCare Plus targets people with high health needs due to chronic conditions, acute medical or mental health needs, or terminal illness. One Heart Many LivesOne Heart Many Lives is a cardiovascular primary prevention programme, which targets Maori and Pacific men aged 35 years and older. |
